How To Prepare Honey And Cinnamon For Home Use

Previously I talked about the 12 Health benefits of honey and cinnamon mixed together and why you should take it on daily basis. But unfortunately I didn't mention how and what is required to prepare the mixture. My bad!

This has brought many questions ranging from how to prepare it and when to take it which prompted me to show you how in the most simple way you can prepare the mixture from the comfort of your home.
Below are ingredients to be used and how it can be prepared.


  • 250ml of hot water.
  • 1/2 spoon of Ceylon Cinnamon.
  • 1 spoonful of Honey (raw & organic).
Mix cinnamon and honey together, add hot water, allow to cold so you can drink.

Above measurements are used for a a dose of the mixture as it is advisable to prepare and taken immediately on empty stomach before breakfast in the morning.
