How To Prepare Honey And Cinnamon For Domestic Use


Honey is very essential for the body when consumed daily and best for replacement of refined sugar. I do advise my clients and friends to always use honey in place of sugar as it is healthier and better.

Honey and Cinnamon has been very good especially when taken in the morning in an empty stomach.

I have written this post to show you a more comprehensive and faster way to prepare the mixture for domestic use.

This has brought many questions ranging from how to prepare it and when to take it which prompted me to show you how in the most simple way you can prepare the mixture from the comfort of your home.
Below are ingredients to be used and how it can be prepared.

Ingredients

  • 250ml of hot water.
  • 1/2 spoon of Ceylon Cinnamon.
  • 1 spoonful of Honey (raw & organic).
Mix cinnamon and honey together, add hot water, allow to cold so you can drink.

Above measurements are used for a a dose of the mixture as it is advisable to prepare and taken immediately on empty stomach before breakfast in the morning.
