  • Add a cup of water to a bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
  • Add 3 cloves into the water
  • Add 1/2 tsp of fennel Seeds
  • Add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Stir thoroughly with a spoon and steam for 5 minutes, put off flame and allow 10 minutes to infuse
  • Sieve out liquid into a cup.

You can add drops of lemon juice and 1 tsp of honey if you desire and serve warm.
