Depression as you know, is a state of mental instability that is characterized by persistent loss of interest in activities thereby, causing a significant impairment in daily life.

  1. Boil 2 handful of fresh rose petals with a cup of water. Add little sugar or honey and drink whenever you feel stressed or depressed.
